Very close public transport, 1 min walk from the Narrow Metro (line 1) and several bus lines. Line 1 goes straight to Sol so you can get to the center in just 12 minutes. It has a decoration with designer furniture and has 1 independent bedroom with tables with drawers, open closet with hangers , 1 bathroom and an open living room with kitchen perfectly equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. It also has a single sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a third guest. In the living room there is a folding table to accommodate up to 4 diners. It has a coffee maker and Starbucks capsules for breakfast. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE / TAKE DRUGS. My apartment is perfect for a couple. It has: WIFI, TV, kitchen, washing machine, heating and air conditioning. The building has a concierge and elevator. Located in one of the most important streets in the city, surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants, with the Metro (Line 1 direct to the center) at the same door, and only 6 minutes walk from the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. Hola! Soy Belén, soy diseñadora y vivo en Madrid desde hace más de 10 años. Acabo de reformar mi casa, es muy luminosa, tranquila y con una zona para trabajar cómodamente. Está a 20 minutos en metro del centro de madrid y de la estación de tren de Chamartín. La zona está llena de bares, un rocódromo, pistas de pádel y un parque.
