Charming townhouse overlooking SvendborgSund

You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Lovely view of Svendborgsund

Get close to the water and enjoy the beautiful view and direct access to Svendborgsund. Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

180 degree sea view - Full sea view - Meerblick

You'll love my place because of the view of the water from every room and the huge terrace, from where you look down on the little beach with a fire pit. You will also enjoy barbecue while enjoying the view of the water, and with the new garden lounge, you have an extra room of 35 square meters. With beds (extra charge), you can accommodate 6 guests in three separate rooms. For anglers, it's just on with the waders and directly into the water - the trout are right outside the house. You're close to the bakery and Thurø's only place to eat.

Charming annex in Tåsinge

Cozy annex with access to forest. 900m to idyllic Troense harbor and town. The annex contains a double bed and a double mattress in the loft. Close to swimming facilities. There are 4 sleeping places in the same room, 2 of which are in the loft. Smaller kitchen. Owner's large plot can be used. Take a morning or evening tour, for example, where you/I can experience chickens and shetland ponies in the rural surroundings. Owner has 3 cats and in September 2023 acquired a small Border Collie puppy that you can occasionally meet.

Beautiful surroundings in Troense

Denne bolig ligger lige midt i Danmarks hyggeligste landsbygade i skipperbyen Troense. Værelserne er på 1. sal over garagen med egen indgang og eget badeværelse. Her er rolige, smukke omgivelser i en stor have. Der er en lille siddeplads i aftensolen, og mange muligheder for skønne gåture til landsbyidyl, marina, strande, bøgeskove og Valdemars Slot. Ingen køkken, men adgang til køleskab og kogekande. Morgenbrød kan købes i nærheden. Kun 4 km til Svendborg C og der går bybus 300 m fra boligen.

Smedens Hus Tåsinge by the forest, beach - close to the city

Quietly located 40 m2 home in beautiful surroundings. New annex with own bath / toilet and shared kitchen with oven, induction and cooker. Living room with a view of Svendborg Sound and the city. TV, internet and free parking. Accommodation with double bed in living room + single bed in loft. Possibility of extra bed. Dining table with 2 chairs. Private courtyard with fireplace + many seating terraces. No serving, but I will gladly bring your breakfast by pre-order from our good local baker.

In a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing in Midtlangeland is this apartment. The apartment is in the farmhouse on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. Similarly, there is the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 75 per person. (Children u. 12 years, 50 kr.) On Langeland there is wonderful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Funen is not far away (20 km).

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Apartment with lovely patio on Thurø (b).

Cozy and stylishly decorated apartment of 57 sqm located in the middle of charming Thurø with short distance to the water in all directions. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a lovely private patio. Here you can, enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is well-stocked with cooking utensils, good pots, etc. The home is in a nice old cinema consisting of two levels. There is free parking outside the courtyard and accommodation is via lockbox.

Lovely apartment on 2 floors. Decorated with a small cave for the little ones.😊 Here are books and toys The apartment is next to our private residence, on a piece of land with a trampoline, kitchen garden, and a small forest. Feel free to use the entire area It is 2 km to shopping opportunities, beach and harbour. Lovely Svendborg is about 4 km away. There are great shopping opportunities and an absolutely stunning harbor environment

Modern small residence in Svendborg city

Bright and spacious annex - even if it is only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places on the hoist and one on the tray in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably uninterrupted.
