No big problems at this little house!

Peaceful 1 Bedroom/1 Bath + office with front patio, deck, fenced-in backyard. Beautiful view of Upper Greenwood Lake. Our lake association does not allow renters to swim, boat, kayak or fish in the private lake unless accompanied by the property owner. These are available in nearby public lakes and parks. Waywanda SP, Greenwood Lake and Monksville Reservoir are ~13 minutes away with swimming, fishing, hiking, boating, biking… A raised single air mattress can be provided if requested.

Included with this rental is access to a small members only beech a couple of blocks away. Private cottage in Lake Hopatcong Nj. Cottage is NOT on the lake and there is no direct access from the property. Enjoy fishing, boating and swimming in the largest lake in NJ. Cottage is in a quiet Neighborhood less then 1/4 mile from the lake. Enjoy outside lake view dining at the many restaurants the lake has to offer. Located 30 miles from PA and 40 miles from NYC. There is a ring camera doorbell.
