Secluded beach beauty with private, heated pool

The LV home by architect Rocio Romero is a modern classic, we love it… The heated, salt water pool is open mid-May to mid-October. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and eat indoors or on the large deck out back, play in the pool or fenced yard, lie in the hammocks, play games, do puzzles... We are right by the Junction and Breakwater bike trail; it's about 2 miles to the Rehoboth Boardwalk, 6 miles to Lewes. There's high speed WiFi, a Sonos audio system, and a Roku smart tv (no cable).

Our 2bd/2ba attached home is on the bottom floor of a vibrant 1950s era Rehoboth home. We decorated with the beach in mind & hope our guests will enjoy all the amenities that we & Rehoboth have to offer! We own the entire home and sometimes host other guests in the top floor. For this listing, guests have use of the entire bottom floor unit. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden...like any gem! We provide clear directions. A custom-built "Tiny House" located right between our new dinner theater and our garden dining area. True to the show "Tiny House Nation"; cool interior with custom woodwork, stairs to a lofted bed. Fully functioning kitchen. Spacious bathroom & shower. We provide TVs and internet in the units but the quality of service is not guaranteed. We are in a rural area and sometimes it's slow or not working at all. If TV and internet are super important for your stay we may not be the right fit.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, read your favorite book on an empty beach, fish or crab, visit the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk or shop at the outlets, this is the place for you. Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.

TWO large bedrooms and full bath with everything you need. 10 minutes from Lewes beach, Cape Henlopen State Park and the Tanger Outlets. 20 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and only about 5 minutes to Dogfish Brewery in Milton. 1 mile from the new Dewey Beer Brewery, the Lewes/Georgetown bike trail.
