I will present the traditional Swedish baking and give you the chance to make for exemple Cinnamon buns and Cardamom buns. This is a hands-on-experience where you do the baking and of course I will instruct you step by step. Seasonal variations will be offered, for example, we Can bake ginger bread and Saffron buns closer to Christmas and during the year there are some other variations. Cinnamon and Cardamon buns are the base. I will introduce you into the whole process of making supergood buns and to conclude we take a coffee or Thea and eat some of what we have made. I will pick you up by car at your hotel in the city and we will go to one of my favorite places were i often go to recharge. We will go for a mindful hike through a pine forest towards a natural spring. Taking in the surrounding nature with all our senses to ground, relax and expand our energy field. There we fill up our bottles, so we can enjoy the benefits of the healing spring water during the rest of our walk. I will explain the health properties of spring water. We will follow natural trails in the forest and around a small lake. Mindfully engaging all our senses so that we become one with living earth and all the beings we meet on our path. We will find a nice spot by the lake and rest and have some "Swedish fika"(tea time). Then If you wish I would love to guide you through a meditation to further ground and feel even more connected and present, with the forest and its inhabitants. I will gladly share what I know about healing water, grounding/earthing, sacred places and the health benefits of the Swedish forest. It is also possible to go for a refreshing swim in the lake. We will be a small and exclusive group or a private walk. Other things to note I offer privet tours upon request.

We'll visit one of the largest and best-preserved medieval city centers in Europe: Stockholm's Gamla Stan (Old Town). This is where it all started, back in the year 1252. You'll learn about our most important kings—their names are easy to remember—and hear the quirky details about the current royal family. Then we'll unearth one of the best-kept secrets in the city. We'll check out the scene of Stockholm's bloodiest massacre, where over 80 people were executed, and touch a thousand-year-old Viking runestone. You'll walk along the narrowest street of this amazing city and learn why it's a tourist magnet—and I'll also tell you a secret that most people do not know at all. Lastly, we'll admire the beautiful architecture of this unique place and enjoy the experience. At the end I can provide a huge list of recommended activities with restaurants, bars or just ideas what to do after we are done with our walk through the old town. Most importantly, we will do this no matter what kind of weather awaits us—rain or shine, as they say—because I can protect you from even the most severe conditions. Stockholm History Tour – A tour containing everything that a Stockholmer needs to know! This is the one and only tour in town that combines a physical and tour through town with a chronological tour of Stockholm’s (and Sweden's) history. The guide will take you from pre-Stockholm times, to early 20th century, and everything in between. No prior knowledge of Stockholm or Swedish history needed! The tours objective is to familiarize all guests with all main historical events that built Stockholm, an objective which will be achieved by observing the city on a 5 km long tour, but also by showcasing a rich, carefully chosen and exclusive collection of pictures.

We'll start with a fika, discuss what kind of locations and mood you are into for your photos, then I'll guide you to the places that best match your desires and together we'll create some beautiful portraits in this gorgeous city. Also suitable for couples who want some great memories of their trip. After our photoshoot, in under 48 hours, you will receive a link to download at least 25 edited images in full resolution.

***Over a 150 edited photos, same day delivery*** ***More times/dates available upon request*** This is a private photoshoot for 1-30 people and most of the locations are pretty calm with not many people around, so you can feel more comfortable. Don't worry if you can't pose, I will direct you, but the poses will still look natural. IMPORTANT: The only way to guarantee that the photoshoot will be private is to use the "book for a private group" option, even if it is for just one person. We will meet at Riddarholmen (near the ships), and take a walk around this beautiful islet which offers a great view of the City Hall, picture-perfect views of Södermalm and features a gorgeous church. After, we will go to the old town, where we will take photos in colorful cobbled alleys, a beautiful hidden square, and we end up at the famous square Stortorget. This route features stunning architecture,, and I will be photographing you in the most flattering light available. Feel free to bring a change of clothing if you want. For last-minute bookings use the "Request availability" option or send me a message. I’ll pick you up at Hornstull centrum by the metro station “Hornstull”. We’ll take a nice walk towards the island “Långholmen”. Here we’ll pass the famous historical site “prison of the women” and we’ll also walk along the river to enjoy Stockholm view. Then we’ll go home to me where the home concert will be held. I’ll invite you for poured coffee (tea is also available) and home baked Swedish cinnamon roll. Now while enjoying these sweets, I’ll perform a 30 minutes program on my Steinway grand piano for you. After the concert, I’ll follow you back to the metro station.

My background as an architect will give you a unique perspective of the old town in Stockholm through my photography. I will take you to the most beautiful and unexplored alleys of the old town for a unique photoshoot, which will remind you dearly in the future of your trip to Stockholm. Get ready and bring your enthusiasm, as well as your favorite clothes to this photo session, because it will be memorable. You will leave the city not only with an exclusive architectural like photo session, but also with a nice story of the buildings that will be featured as backdrops to your portraits. You will receive up to 25 photos which are unique to you. After being selected, they will be carefully edited and sent out in 5 days. I meet you at Slussen Södermalm where you will get to know your fellow ”fika” explorers . I tell you the story about swedish peoples relation to ”fika” and the difference between ”fika” and ”go fika”. Gates will be opened for you and i show you a hidden green garden where we will have a lovely ” go fika” and enjoy a breathtaking view of Stockholm. We will walk and shoot in and around the beautiful area of Gamla Stan and Riddarholmen/Stadshuset (depending on the time and lighting). We will visit hidden gems, historical buildings and monuments in Old Town. We start at Birger Jarls square at Riddarholmen, where we will talk about the official founder of Stockholm. We will reveal the history of Riddarholmen church, the oldest existing building in Stockholm. We head down to Mälaren waterfront for the greatest view of the beatiful City hall. We will talk about the palace where the Royal family lived after the old castle burnt down 1697. The tour will continue to the Holy spirit island where we will tell the background for the island name and explain why Stockholm is located where it is. The tour continues to the City island, the largest island of Old Town. We will make a number of stops where historical anecdotes will be shared. How does it feel to let the wind touch your face, where does the smell of green moss take you and what do the birds in the spruce say? Let us forest bathe! In a field inhabited since the Iron Age in the Långängen-Elfvik nature reserve you are introduced to the japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku- a sensual walking experience and a dry bath with all senses immersed in the mossy forest atmosphere- a gateway to relaxe and rejuvenate in the forest medicine. Slowly we enter the forest and let our minds calm with green soft mosses, old spruces and blueberry bushes. Off course we greet all forest beings and you are offered a series of sensory invitations, carefully crafted for each walk to let mind and body stay in the presence, quietly noticing, playing or dreaming with nature. Occasionally we gather and share experiences and let novel stories form. Maybe a crow will announce our time and place or maybe the earthy green smell of moss will lead you to childhood memories. Hammocks will be offered to let the forest tuck you You will leave with a slower pace and befriended with a Swedish forest and your heart closer connected to your ancestorial spirit living with nature. The walk is suitable for all ages and fitness.

During the walk tour we will visit former industrial areas where breweries once resided from the 18th century to the first half of the 20th century. Some buildings are still standing, while others are gone. Pictures will show what it once looked like. We will start the tour by giving a short historical background to the breweries and inns that once resided in Stockholm through the centuries. From the middle of 19th century Stockholm was heavily influenced by German brewers who introduced the brewing technique to produce the new beer type "lager".  In the Skanstull area three different breweries, the oldest from the 18th century, once stood. We go north along Götgatan to the top of the old Postmaster Hill, which was called "Drunkard Hill", because of all the inns that were here, often full of local craftsmen and farmers visiting to sell their products. The walk tour continues to the spot where 'Tyska bryggeriet' was located, where the German master brewer Bechmann was hired 1844 to brew the new "under yeast" beer type lager, which became a huge success. We will also walk by a former Porter brewery and an old Swedish brewery and distillery, which later became a hospital. We will head north to a few more interesting brewery buildings before we end the walk tour with a beer tasting experience of at least 5 different beer styles at a secret place.

I welcome you to the perfect and unique experience for everyone, hiking through beautiful virgin nature near the city. First we will meet up at our house, so that you can leave luggage here, then we will step right out in to grand nature, and after a while we will be experiencing cooking over an open fire, and eating by a secret glade by a beautiful forrest lake. (There is a shelter i case of bad weather) Once we reach our house again we will enjoy the culture of Swedish sauna with spa features. In the winter we go on the ice and in the summer we like to swim in the lakes! What I share is mine and my family’s favorite hobby, and we are happy to share all the knowledge that we have acquired about Swedish nature and culture since childhood. NOTE Weather is never a problem, we promise! Jag välkomnar till vandring genom vacker natur nära staden. Först möter vi upp vid vårt hus, där ni kan lämna väskor och ombyte. Därefter beger vi oss ut i naturen tillsammans! Vi kommer uppleva matlagning över öppen eld, vid hemlig glänta och vacker sjö, med avslutande ångbastu hemma hos oss. På vintern går vi kanske på isen och på sommaren badar vi gärna i sjön! Det jag delar med mig är min och mina familj och vänners favoritsyssla, och vi delar gärna med oss av alla kunskaper som vi har fått med oss om svensk natur och kultur sedan barnsben. Join us at our Community farm at almviksgaard near Jarna and have an introduction to the unique way cows are integrated into our community and how there is mutual reciprocation and love. The cows and oxen at the farm have full and rich lives, the cows giving companionship and milk and the oxen (male working Bulls) give magnificence and share their power with farm and forestry activities. We will have a short introduction, meeting some of the cows and then we can get close and brush them, feed them by hand, hug them and of course photo them and you. If we time it right we can milk one of our cows by hand. The cows give not just milk but they also give a sense of peace which we will try to absorb from their calming disposition. If the season allows we will be able to sit on an ox-pulled cart and experience a taste of traditional transportation and speed. We will also have ox experiences where a more extended cart ride amongst the adjoining forest and fields. It is not often people get the chance to be up close to friendly cows and to feel their calming nature, and especially to witness the majestic nature of oxen swaying as they pull the visitor carts. Private Groups can specify their chosen experience of interacting with the cows and/or having more time with the oxen and an ox cart ride.
