Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with a well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt and Lutherhaus 10-15 min., Wartburg: approx. 35 min. (forest path), train station: approx. 15 min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. I am happy to give tips and information. The windows of the studio go to the courtyard, which partly green, serves as a (large) part as a parking space. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about a 6-10 minute walk). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in the Advent). If the nearby prince pond (2 minutes ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since requests keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. In addition, of course: dishwashing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bathroom. A private parking space is available directly in front of the entrance for guests arriving by car. Note: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: with the exception of the Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just tell me your wish day for it.

Wonderful apartment, great location, parking lot

A warm welcome to our stylish new apartment in Bamberg. Located right at the Michelsberg with its wonderful church and former monastery and close to the Konzerthalle it is only a 10min walk to the old town. At the same time our newly build house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and in the middle of nature. From the apartment you have direct view into our garden with its old trees. Close to the city and part of nature. Big plus in Bamberg if traveling by car: Your parking lot is on our property.

The in-law includes a parking space, which is right in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - open living room with dining area, flat-screen TV, ... - bedroom with wardrobe and double bed, - daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower, - private terrace with sun awning and patio furniture. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.
