Stable Cottage is a delightful hideaway in the lovely hamlet of Elkstones in the Peak District. Affording a little taste of country living with views over 'The Secret Valley' being enjoyed from the outside seating area.Enjoy waking up to the sound of a wood pecker and falling asleep to the hooting of an owl. Bank End Holiday Cottage

This converted 17th Century stone cottage is part of the 30 acre Bank End Farm estate. Dating back to the 15th Century the farm is no longer worked and instead has opened its doors to visitors. The original stone barn was converted to a holiday cottage in 1982. Our success, we are told, is attributed to our attention to detail, good clean standards and our friendly approach to help ensure that you get the most out of your stay. The cottage holds 4 star rating.

They can be rented individually or together so are an ideal central location in UK for family get-togethers & exploring. Peaceful rural setting, but with easy access to Alton Towers and the Peak District . They have been assessed by Visit Britain as 4 star accommodation. BBQ and outdoor seating with access to a paddock. Pet friendly.
