Large, two-bedroom downstairs apartment with private entrance in a historic, two-family home. Short walk to the Pageant, Delmar Hall, and other Loop attractions. Near Washington University, within a block of the Metrolink train, and just a short trip to Forest Park and its many free attractions. Despite its proximity to lively nightlife, the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and leafy. Expect to meet the owners' family when you stay here. We live close by and are usually available to help.

A turn of the 20th century two-family flat (duplex), built in 1916, with many of its charming original historic features. Including original lead glass windows, paneled wood pocket door, claw-foot cast iron bathtub. Decor is a mixture of vintage (family furniture and antiques) and new. Front yard is almost-always blooming with something (sans winter - that’s season of lights!). Side yard and backyard have fruit bushes/trees (cherries, apricot and plum... more coming!)
