Work on a tan on the sunny terrace and stay cool on the shaded veranda connected to the bedroom. Individually controlled air conditioning ensures interior comfort throughout as well, while traditional artefacts add to the serene atmosphere. I grew up in Hikkaduwa and have been living in Europe for 18 years. I know the travel habits and demands of my guests, as I am very familiar with tourism in Sri Lanka. The apartment should offer you maximum privacy and an atmosphere of well-being. In the establishment we have paid attention to sustainability, and combine nature with stylish modernity. The king size bedroom is furnished with two king size beds. The apartment has individually controlled air conditioning. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. Especially in the kitchen, we put great emphasis on high quality appliances. On request, we also offer menus that are freshly prepared for you. You can choose between a sunny terrace or a shady veranda, which is directly connected to the bedroom. The high-speed wifi is available throughout the entire living and outdoor area. A 43-inch TV is available as well as an audio port where you can connect your devices. The rental is (not per person) for the whole apartment per night. Up to 2 people can stay in our luxury apartment. The amount includes a full cleaning service. Every three days bed linen and towels are changed. There are in the immediate vicinity some neighbors, a school around there . Can be some time loud. ou have the opportunity to be picked up by my driver if you let me know in advance. You can pick-up from the airport for an extra charge of 90, - € (single, double 175, - for a maximum of five persons). You can easily walk to the beach in 10 minutes or rent a bike or you can bring to the beach with a tuk tuk (3min.) Which can be stopped at any time on the road. In just three minutes you are on the beach. The apartment is located 1 km from the city of Hikkaduwa. There you can shop and dine. You can also start activities such as surfing, snorkeling and diving from there. Or you Visit at the Buddhist temples or turtle farm. Hikkaduwa DownTown (shopping, eating, Buddhist temples) - 3 min drive Galle Historical City - 20 min. Drive Whale watching - 60 min. Drive (seasonal) Udawalawa / Yala Safari - 3-4 hrs drive Ambalangoga (hist. Maskan Museum) - 20 min drive River Safari- Maduganga-Balapitiya 30 min drive
