This is a 2 bed 1 bath home in a rural area on a paved road 6 miles south of I-40 with plenty of parking. Come enjoy the tranquility & beauty of this country retreat. Enjoy the firepit (or fireplace if you prefer) at night. Just minutes to food, shopping and casinos with a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, appliances and laundry on-site. Pets welcome but must be crated in your crate or our outside kennel when left alone. We have farm fencing throughout-not necessarily a dog containment.

Working Cattle Ranch

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches. We do not charge a cleaning fee! So no surprises when you see the total.
