NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

The apartment is also a great starting point for excursions of all kinds. Optimal by train or bike, cycling space in front of the house, or basement compartment (2R). Bicycle rental nearby The rooms are 2 separate rooms, in none is the kitchen integrated. It is small & extra.

Our with love, newly renovated apartment, is idyllically located in the small settlement Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a Kl. Family or 2 friends. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not really bad, but I would like to point it out.
