Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster ,a kettle,a Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all things everyday. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. As a small "highlight", a small bay window with a cozy armchair invites,from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

A bright, individually decorated apartment with its own entrance and garden use, double bed, seating area and table awaits you. Quiet and central location. There is a kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine, coffee, tea. In the bathroom you will find towels and hairdryers. Electric blinds in front of the windows. WiFi available. Very good highway and bus/train connections and Vennbahn cycle path. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Numerous shopping nearby. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Wooden house flair near Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Exclusive vacation home 2

Newly renovated with love, the old building is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking lot is also right outside the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) 2 beautiful bedrooms await you. One has 1 double bed (160x200), 1 sleeping loft (140x200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130x200). The other has a large window to the garden, a 1.60 x 2.00 bed and a sleeping couch. In addition, modern kitchen, chic bathroom with windows and furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. All space is cleaned and disinfected before check-in. 5 minutes walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 minutes to the town hall/cathedral.

Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely renovated studio - apartment (single occupancy apartment) on 22 sqm. There is a large room with dining table, single/double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. There's a big closet in the hallway. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. The access to our guest apartment is located off the street and leads over our courtyard.

Tiny-House

All things important you‘ll find in this miniature house. We, Elke (teacher) and Michael (music journalist) live in the main house, with a view to green fields, close to a natural reserve. We love traveling to the sea, great movies and TV-series, music, food - and really enjoy making contact with nice, decent people.
