1845 School House in the Heart of Pultneyville

BRAND NEW! Fully renovated in the spring of 2021. According to the Pultneyville Historical Society, the first school, a small crude building, was built on this site in 1808. It burned in 1816 and was replaced by a larger schoolhouse. The cobblestone building was built in 1845 and served as a school until 1943 when the Williamson School District centralized. It is now a private residence. Notice the cobbles set at an angle. A metal bar circles the building as reinforcement — a modern addition.

It’s a true separate in-law house in a walk out basement. It’s completely furnished & includes a living room, bathroom. laundry room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full size bed off the living room, a day bed with a twin bed and a trundle twin underneath in the living room, and 2 full size air mattresses & 3 TVs. Victor is a suburb of Rochester with many hiking trails. There are wineries, lakes, casinos, & colleges. Its approx. 20 mins from Bristol Mt & we have many theatres.
