Nice guest house with secluded location on the grounds. Private lush courtyard with sunny dining area. Charm from the middle of the 20th century that has been completely renovated over the last 10 years. Kritvita Falsterbostranden and the beach meadows are only three plots away and are accessed through quiet street. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts. Two beds in their own bedroom and two beds in sofa beds. Nice location near beach, Falsterbo Horse Show as well as golf courses, tennis, padel, outdoor gym, etc. Restaurants, grocery store, bus and charging pole near.

Cozy cottage near the forest and ocean - newly renovated 2023

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a blend of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air/air pump, hob and fridge/freezer. Freshly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor with Skanörs Stadspark. To Skanör harbor it is 1,8km and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica shop open 07-23, 700 m. Flommens Golf Club is about 3.7 km away. In Falsterbo there are also a few restaurants, café and a small Ica shop.

There is a busstop 100 m away, and also parking on the street if you come by car. There is a small bench and table outside if you would like to eat or drink coffee in the garden on warmer days.
