Summer house in first row, sauna and own beach

New summer house in absolutely 1st row and own beach at the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to the lovely large loft. The house is air conditioned and has a wood-burning stove. The annex contains a room with a double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcoves.

Note !! Minimum 2 nights from September through May. In June, July, and August, only rented out on a weekly basis. Around holidays and holidays, a minimum of 3 consecutive nights is booked. Nordstrand B&B in Gilleleje is located in one of the old and wonderful areas of the city, very close to the Beach Hills and Kattegat and in walking distance to our fantastic city and harbor. The cosily decorated and ungenerated 40 m2 holiday apartment/annex with bathroom and kitchen, has access to its own wooden terrace/garden with garden furniture during the summer.

The cottage is about 20 sqm large with small kitchenette (stove 2 plates and fridge with small freezer compartment) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, dining table, sofa and bunk bed with 120 cm downstairs and an 80 cm bed up. The house is located with the most beautiful view to the sea. There is a wooden terrace around the house. There is furniture for both sides, and two sunbeds for relaxing. The house is furnished with a large double bedroom and 2 smaller rooms with 120 cm beds. The bathroom has a reasonable size with large shower room. The living room and kitchen are in one with plenty of space for everyone. The fireplace in the house is a fireplace. The trampoline is at your own risk. Feel free to take off your shoes when using it.

Masser af afslapning i et lyst træhus med orangeri, skønne terrasser og en stor sydvendt have med legeområde til børnene. Til bilen kan en 22 kW type 2 ladestander benyttes. Her er fred og ro og 300 meter til stranden med to badebroer i Sejerøbugten, og til stranden mod Kattegat er der 1 km. The kitchen has a cooking island, wood stove and is in open connection with the dining area, which in turn is partially open to the living room. 2 bedrooms with large lofts, large bathroom with both spa and shower and brewers with washing facilities.
