Adorable, recently remodeled home only 3 blocks from Churchill Downs and only minutes from the University of Louisville and Cardinal Stadium, Kentucky Expo Center, Kentucky Kingdom and 3 miles from Downtown. It's also just an Uber away from the Bourbon distilleries! Our home has 2 comfortable Bedrooms with new mattresses, that sleeps 4. Our couch is comfortable enough to sleep a 5th guest. Private Parking in Driveway. 50% of our home's electric is sourced from eco-friendly, renewable energy .

Louisville's Central "Lilly Pad"

We are very proud of our smaller home boasting a big personality with its cozy amenities that it offers so that our guest can truly enjoy their stay with no worries. This is a shotgun style home which means that you enter through the enclosed porch area into the living room & the home goes straight back with no halls & an open bedroom area in between. Very typical of the age & style of this Schnitzelberg neighborhood. It is on street parking & most times parking close to the home is no problem.

We are located close to downtown, Central Park, UofL, & the Bardstown Road corridor. This is a great house. Completely remodeled. Everything is new and clean. Plenty of room for family and friends. Large living room and kitchen. It has street parking out front. And alley parking in the rear. Nice yard for pets and setting outside. Only one block from Logan street market. Red top dogs and Atrium brewery also an art gallery within easy walking distance. This home is easy to get too. And is only a few miles from the Yum center and the Expo center.
