This listing is for the 2 bedroom on the river. Ask me about the one bedroom if you want to expand, or just need more space. This is a secluded 10 acre property. It is perfect for a small group or a couple. I have a nice little beach area for easy access to the water and is also a perfect ending stop for a drift down the river

Gorgeous lakeside house with it’s own access to Shasta Lake through the Doney Creek Arm and beautiful views of the mountains and trees all around. The large wrap around deck has ample seating to enjoy meals, birdwatch in the day and stargaze by night. The home is well furnished with all of the essentials and lots of amenities like hot tub, a pool table, rec room, bocce ball etc. Only a short drive away from Redding, Mt. We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.
