Hi everyone!! The idea of this experience is to provide the best possible full day in our hometown. Knowing Sintra like the back of our hands and all the magic it has to offer, we came up with what we believe to be the most amazing and complete way of experiencing its wonders in one full day! - Start the day in Lisbon in front of Dona Maria II Theater - Our first stop will be at the historic center of Sintra to discover its beautiful labyrinth like streets. We will talk about what makes Sintra so special while discovering its secrets and taste its unique pastry. - We will then discover the Palace of Quinta da Regaleira and get lost in its 4 hectares of mysticism and romantic arquitecture and gardens. - From here we will leave the tourists behind and go through the very picturesque and hidden towns of Colares, Penedo, Almoçageme etc. to reach the open atlantic coastline. - On the coastline we will go for a waterfront lunch before exploring its brethtaking cliff views and Cabo da Roca - The end of the World! -We will then have the best postcard like views of the Pena Palace and finish the tour with a visit to this unique romantic Palace. :) Other things to note Pick up and drop off in front of Dona Maria II Theater (15 walk from most areas on the city) Meals and Monuments fees are not included.

Lisbon's main monuments, such as the Belém Tower and Padrão dos Descobrimentos, are made to honor maritime discoveries. And so it's best to see them from the Tagus River. Just like MAAT or Cristo Rei, which are purposely facing Rio. The Terreiro do Paço was the main port where the ships with goods arrived, so it was also known as Praça do Comercio. Come and live the true experience of Portuguese navigators, accompanied by a glass of wine!

As passioned for Lisbon, we want to show you the city as we see it, so you can get to know the secrets and customs of the Lisbon people and conquer our 7 Hills. More than a regular and touristic tour, you can learn the portuguese ways and even our language. A tuk tuk is an open air, very small and special vehicle that allow us to go through all the narrow streets of the old part of the town. We will go through them in an easy, very fun and adventurous way to go up the big hills of Lisbon. Throughout this trip, we'll explain you the history of the city and the places where we'll go, we'll do a lot of stops so you can visit inside the monuments and take some photos of the beautiful views. In this tour we'll get to know the old part of the Alfama District that includes the oldest monuments of the city near the Castle (Sé Cathedral, Saint Vicent Church, National Pantheon) awesome high viewpoints (Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and Portas do Sol) where you can see all the city and the 25th April Bridge from the top of the Hill, and stop in the little iconic streets from the XII Century. At the end we will finish in the downtown so you can explore Lisboa with new eyes. Other things to note We have 2 Tuks, the red (3 seats), the pink (4 seats) = in total 7 seats. We will sail along the Tagus river and enjoy the beautiful and full of history Lisbon's coast line. I always try to make this experience the most eco-friendly possible by using the sails, thus make it cleaner, if you want you can help me with the sailing activities or just relax. Alfama: here we will start to see the local fish market, the public laundry and the local markets of the old city. Inside the alfama we will also visit the jewish old quarter, from here we are very close from the Sé District. Santo Estevão: If all the electric bike engines works good we will start climbing Lisboa, good bye Alfama, we are now at the first view point of Lisboa. From here we will see Alfama from the top, don´t forget your camera or you will regret forever... Castelo: our journey continues going up, if you are here, congratulations! You Have conquered the castle! Graça: If you think the castle was the highest part of our tour, forget it, we still have graça! Let´s seat here and have a water, coffee or beer, please take your time.. Senhora do Monte:Welcome to the most incredible view of Lisboa, considered by many "the view point".Enjoy the panoramic view of Lisboa, there´s nothing more to say! Mouraria: Test your breaks, we will start going down, this is the Last District of Lisboa. Here you will understand our culture, our roots, get close to our people to understand what is the Fado. Have you ever heard Fado? Other things to note Bring your comfortable shoes and and extra light jacket, Lisbon is windy at the view points! If it rains in a sunny day we will we have a rain poncho for you in a hot day we will have plenty of water.

You will be met at the Dock Gate by someone who will take you to our boat and brief you on safety and information about the boat and the tour. Our tour has recieved the Clean & Safe certification from the Portuguese Turism Board! We will then leave the dock and depending on the current and wind we will start the tour seeing the magnificent Torre de Belém and the go up river to the center of Lisbon seeing all the main points of interest during the trip. You will see Lisbon from the river and find out little secrets about this wonderful city.

Join me and discover the secular tradition of Portuguese tiles ( Azulejos). In this adventure you'll not only learn all about Azulejos, from the origins to the contemporary use, but above all you'll have the opportunity to paint your very own tile since there's no better way to learn something than experiencing it. I'll explain you how to do it and you will have the choice between several models and keep an unforgettable memory of your visit to Lisbon.This workshop will happen in one of the iconic neighborhood in town . You'll get the chance to bring with you 2 Tiles, but they need to be cooked, if you stay in Lisbon a few days after your experience, you will be able to take them with you, otherwise pay a fee for receiving them abroad. I will receive you in my workshop that can accommodate up to 8 people. I only lead the workshop and want to know you, which is why once installed, we will make a quick tour of the table. My native language is French but I manage in English and Portuguese !! Then, I will present you the course of the workshop and the principle of Forms. For two hours and more, you will be free to express yourself on paper and create your unique work of art. Throughout the process, I will stay by your side to guide you if you feel the need. Once finished, your drawing will be scanned and transferred to an tile 10cmx10cm so you will leave with your real unique tile and a souvenir of your extraordinary trip. If you wish, it will be possible to buy the Kit Formettes Lisbon Collection and edit other tiles or objects to bring back as gifts, but this is not included in the workshop price. I will meet my guests at the meeting point at the Marina, and present my self, my co-hosts and Crew. When all guests arrived at the meeting point, we go to the boat, where i provide a short security briefing about the tour and what includes, such as the wine and the snacks. We will then head down the Tagus River to begin our tour, departing from Lisbon’s Alcântara Marina and heading towards Belém. We are going to pass through some of the most iconic monuments and the crew is going to tell some histories about Portugal and the discoveries. You will after this be taken up river seeing a panoramic view of the city as you go under the bridge “Ponte 25 de Abril” and observe Cristo Rei in all its majesty overlooking Lisbon. Finish your tour sailing towards the sunset enjoying your wine while returning to the marina in Alcântara. During this tour, great conversation is always a “must have” and you can learn a bit about the nautical history of Lisbon and get suggestions on what to see and where to eat.
