Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its most beautiful market in France but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval Guedelon construction site or the Château de Saint-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Very close to the historic city center and just next to the ramparts the accommodation has all the amenities . Located on a very quiet street with little passage ,it offers a very nice view of the terrace that it has. The accommodation is for 4 people( 1 bed and a sofa 140cm).For the reception of animals thank you to contact us. Pc: Compared to COVID-19 ,we ask our guests to drop the linen in the trash can on the terrace. We are equipped with fiber.

House on one level overlooking two gardens. The one in the South is private. The very large north is shared with us... when we have the small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm at the corner of the pot in winter. Comfortably equipped for the kitchen. Kids will love the donkeys, portico, and trampoline in the garden.
