Hiking trails are available right in front of the house Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage ensure relaxation & coziness. In summer, the swimming lake with beach invites you to swim & water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Apartment by the forest - be relaxed at the moment!

In this apartment with its own entrance, you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of adobe bricks, so the room atmosphere is very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the fallow deer enclosure of the neighbor. The whole outdoor area is available for use. Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 sqm of living space is located near the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is certainly something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes in the vicinity such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Eifelloft21 stands above the charming small village of Hammer. It is renovated but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on about 50 sqm. Through the open living concept you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere, only the toilet is separated with a door. From the living room with open kitchen and cooking island you enter the balcony. The Rursee, Hohe Venn and beautiful Monschau are just a stone's throw away.
