The apartment has a large balcony with great view to Schonach and nature. It is located in a holiday complex with a large free indoor swimming pool and sauna (low cost fee). The free forest swimming pool is about 500 m away. It is about 600 m to the spa park. Numerous hiking trails start directly behind the complex. In winter you have a view of the Winterberg with ski lift and toboggan run.
