Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking ( up to two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. Must be able to climb without assistance.

"Your Country Getaway at Beulah Land Farm."

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.
