NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Relax with the whole family in the apartment with Berblick and large Südtarasse. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV and bathtub. In the village about 1000 m to the swimming lake, many hiking trails and in winter a cross-country trail in front of the door.
