In this confortable & ecofriendly place you will enjoy the countryside and 300 Mbps symmetrical fibre connection and WiFi 6 access points. There is also a desk and chair for working. The house is surrounded by a private orchard with fruit trees. This flat is on the top floor of the house. The windows (velux) are in the sloping ceilings. The owners also live in the building. Our animals - dog, cats, hens, bees - are free on the farm. We are musicians, you can listen and play musical instruments.

Forget the worries at this great place-it's an oasis of tranquility! Located in an area very close to everything, just 50 meters away is a beautiful river/seafront promenade. 15 minutes from the best beaches and 10 minutes from the city center, the nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away. In the area there is a great variety of restaurants and breweries. Very close by, is the Monastery of San Martiño de Juvia, which dates back to the 10th century.
