Brand new quality 2 bedroom elevated home on the canal with its own dock with stunning views of the Cherokee Sound. Beautiful cypress vaulted ceilings gives spacious feeling. Front porch and rear deck overlooking the canal and dock provides generous living space. A 13' Boston Whaler boat is available to rent and moored at dock for round-the-clock access to the sound and surrounding waters. This property is a fisherman's dream with bonefish flats and offshore fishing minutes away. Truly amazing.

Right on a stunning 8 mile beach. Experience beautiful sunrise and sunset water views everyday during your stay. If your looking to get away and relax or play on the beach and in the sea every day of your stay this is the place for you. Small barrier reef right in your front yard. This is quite private but not totally remote because night life and great restaurants are just a short 25 min drive. Snorkling,diving,fishing,tours available. Your host has lots of sugestions for fun things to do.

Sweet Spot is a beautiful beachhouse with a commanding view of the sea from all rooms. It has 22 foot ceilings with exposed wooden beams which gives the home a spacious and airy feeling. Meticulously maintained and appointed. There are 1,200 sq. ft. of wooden porches surrounding the house. It is on a 3 mile powder white beach and has a gazebo on the beach. Close by to great eating establishments, marina and grocery stores and airport. Paradise found!!
