Professionally cleaned (using Viraclean disinfectant) and linen professionally laundered, reliable Telstra wifi internet. 13sq ft outdoor terrace balcony with Docklands views to the left of balcony. Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Set in a leafy garden enjoy a private, secluded and cosy studio within 3km of the CBD. Our 36 sqm studio with lofty ceilings has a queen bed, kitchenette, work space, lounge area and bathroom. Cafes, parks, beaches and the famous South Melb market are within 1km. Public transport is only 150m from the door and there is ample on street parking. Public transport provides direct access to St Kilda (10 min), the Arts Centre precinct (8 min), the CBD (12 min), Carlton (20 min) and Fitzroy (25 min).

The apartment is located in a quiet leafy inner city neighbourhood (6kms from the CBD). It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a kilometre from the trains. Local shops (supermarket, liquour, pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, cafes and takeaways) are a 5 minute walk away. The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 15 mins from the CBD via car or train.
