The house three bedrooms, operational fireplace renovated full kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony
