Estremamente luminosa, silenziosa e arricchita da vivaci tocchi di colore, è l’ideale per una coppia. Puo' ospitare fino a 3 persone dato che vi è un comodo divano letto matrimoniale. Attenzione però che il bagno si trova al piano superiore e per accedervi bisogna passare per la camera da letto open space.

Welcome to my home, an “artist’s loft” facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as singles or doubles. The living room has a round oak table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. YOu will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the swimming beach on the Lido. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ friendly.

Terrace on the Venetian Roofs is a small apartment, very nice, overlooking the rooftops of Via Garibaldi in the heart of Castello sestriere, one of the most popular areas of Venice, full of bars and grocery stores. The house is 15 minutes walking from Piazza San Marco and 5 minutes from the Biennale. It is also a 5-minute walk from the bus stop of "Giardini". It 'easy to reach by public transport from the station, from Piazzale Roma and the airport.

Well located in the oldest part of Venice, Castello, at walking distance to San Marco (20 min) and well connected to the Lido by public transport (1 -2 stops).
