Nice new house conditioned. In the heart of the village of Chéray, the market and bakery are 200 m away, the supermarket is 800 m away and the beaches are 3 km away. The cycle path passes 100 m from the house. The south-facing garden is completely enclosed. On one level, the house is accessible for people with limited mobility. 284Mb/s fiber optic high-speed WiFi. Tourist tax between June 24 and September 9, 0.99€/pers/night to be paid on site on the day of arrival.

Ideal location for a holiday that can accommodate 6 people. Quiet in 1 cul-de-sac , 300 m from a beautiful beach, recent house of 550 m2 on one level. Very close to the beach and forest, wooded environment. We leave bicycles available. 2 terraces with garden furniture, 2 gas and charcoal barbecues, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, double beds 140/190, 1 umbrella bed, 1 bathroom, separate toilet.
