Spacious and Comfortable Private Apartment

Third floor (i.e. a few stairs) spacious apartment with a private entrance. Walking distance to Thompson’s Point, Maine Med and many other trails and attractions. The Old Port is a 5 minute drive (1.5 mi.). There is plenty of free street parking available. Space heaters warm the space in the winter, and a/c is provided in the summer. The house is shared by first floor tenants while our family occupies the second floor. Again, several stairs to navigate, but quite comfortable once you settle in!

Brenda and Phil's Place

Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

This apartment is a stylish place in the West End of Portland Maine. Located on a quiet residential street, approximately 1 mile from the downtown area. This second (2nd) floor apartment gets beautiful sun throughout and has all the charm and character of an historic west end home, but with modern updates and furnishings. Rental includes access to one parking spot for a midsize or smaller vehicle, with plenty of free street parking nearby for second or larger vehicles.

Cozy and cute, this adorable spot resides in the neighborhood which boasts the best restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops in the city all within walking distance.
