nice apartment in the villa district, close to the center

The apartment is about 40 square meters and is close to nightlife, public transport, parks and the city center. There is plenty of outdoor space, nice people, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, tranquility and a beautiful environment. My accommodation is good for couples and children, 2-4 people. It is too small for more than 2 adults!!! Baby cot may be available, please ask. TV, coffee maker, Nesspresso machine, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Wifi can be used!

It is modernly furnished, fully furnished and has a full kitchen with an open living area. It is about 3 km from the city center. Cozy non-smoking 1 room apartment 30 sqm in the city, in quiet side street below the market. Pubs , cafes , shopping and museums in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m), " Inselparkplatz" (100m) or the "Seidelparkplatz" (on foot 10 min) and in the car parks (every 50m away). Train or bus stations are super easy to reach on foot.
