Bright modern house in beautiful Uppingham town

This house has been completely modernised to provide quality accommodation in the beautiful, historic town of Uppingham. Its a short drive to Rutland Water, Stamford and all the charming villages and places of interest in picturesque, unspoiled county of Rutland. We have a driveway for one car and there are no parking restrictions here anyway. It is a short walk up the hill to the High Street to visit the historic town's antique shops, independent clothes and gift shops etc and restaurants.

Lazy Nest is a Nest to Laze! Situated a 15 minute walk to the market town of Oakham. It is a small, modern quiet holiday home with a big heart, everything you need for a well deserved rest! It sits within a small cu-de-sac with 2 parking spaces at the property. Fast internet with 2 cozy double bedrooms, one Super king bed, the other with two lg 3’6”beds. A 7’ sofa and a cuddle chair to snuggle up and watch a film on Netfix on the 55" TV. Laze in the double hammocks in the natural garden!

A charming 2 bedroom house, a few minutes walk from Red Lion Square. The perfect base from which to explore this Georgian gem of a town. Cosy sitting room, separate TV room, well equipped kitchen with dining table. Two spacious bedrooms. Modern shower room. Enclosed rear courtyard. As there are 2 flights of steep stairs the house isn’t suitable for young children or those with restricted mobility. Please note fire logs are not provided but are available to buy from the local garage.

This is a landmark Eco house well known locally due to its unique eye catching architecture. It has some clever energy saving features including solar panels, and rain collection well reservoir. It has three lovely bedrooms one located downstairs which can be set out as a twin or a double.There is a beautiful wood burner in the living area and we have a cosy garden with a patio. There is off road parking for up to 4 cars and we are a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the town centre.

This lovely quaint house is in the centre of Stamford, on the doorstep of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is comfortable and well equipped for four people; one bedroom is a double and the other can be made up with two small singles or a kingsize bed. The bathroom has a roll-top bath and separate shower and the kitchen is well equipped with all usual appliances. Stamford is known for Burghley House (and horse trials) and is close to beautiful countryside.
