Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

We have converted the old stable into a guest accommodation and can offer a compact and modern living space right in the heart of Dunsfold. No street lamps, one pub and the village shop just about sum up the ambience. It's a beautiful springboard for country walks and our cosy and separate studio will provide a comfortable and well appointed base. Whilst some reviews suggest that the stable is small, and that's something we can't deny, everyone also adds that it is perfectly formed!

This unique, architecturally designed aluminium pod, provides a glamorous retreat. Nestling in a private woodland, overlooking a dew pond and the valley below, the space affords a kingsize bed, shower/wc, living area incorporating a 'galley' kitchen. Wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs and a sofa/ bunk bed. Please be advised that there are NO curtains/blinds, in the accommodation, nor tv/wifi/mobile reception. This is a peaceful self contained rural retreat which is situated above a working livery. Chickens and ducks roam free in the yard! A great place to switch off and relax. There are lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. Ewhurst village is a short walk away and Cranleigh village is a short drive away.
