Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm newly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted into a double bed on request, a comfortable seat/dining area, flat screen TV (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all the necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.....) Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa courtyard, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and the city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for minigolf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Roten Teufel Bad Nauheim". Incidentally, Bad Nauheim was the home of Elvis and his family during his army period in Friedberg. This is why there is an Elvis Festival every year in mid-August, which is now well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try renting a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a wide variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area invites you to hike (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places worth seeing (Frankfurt /M. - city and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached in a short drive. The new apartment has a bright living room with open kitchen, a quiet bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is full equipped (dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine) and the sunny terrace with barbecue, dining table and deck chair invites you to relax. For families with children all necessary things are available. The bus station is in front of the door (train station 10 min, public transport 20 min to FFM), numerous hiking and cycling trails in the Taunus in the area.

Bright, renovated in 2019 and fully furnished attic apartment with wonderful views in a 3-family house. Quiet location without through traffic and yet central (S-Bahn to Bad Homburg in 5 and Frankfurt/M. in 30 min. is a 3 min. walk away) In the house lives the owner and his parents.
