Completely renovated 2 bedroom apartment with new bathroom

Lovely refurbished log house apartment from 1913. Bathroom is completely renovated (with underfloor heating) in autumn 2023. Unique mix of new functional decor with authentic timber walls and painted wooden floors. New spacious, practical kitchen. Snow-proof, guaranteed winter atmosphere only 300 meters to driven ski tracks and 500 meters to Røros church/city center with many different offerings. Up to 3 private free parking spaces right outside the apartment with charging option by agreement.

The flat comprises the entire ground floor of a small farmhouse and has a master bedroom with ensuite, a sitting room (please note that this room functions as the second bedroom when there are more than two guests), a kitchen and a second bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and you can park right outside the door. At certain times of year, you might see elk or cranes. In the summer, cows graze in the nearby fields; the traditional barn is now a cultural centre, run by Fjøsakademiet.

Large apartment in the middle of Kjerkgata on Røros.

The apartment is located in the absolute center of Røros with immediate proximity to most things. Parking is recommended in a suitable area right by the entrance to the apartment. View rudder parking online. Grocery only 50 meters from the apartment. On the floor below you will find the Sunrise, a small special shop with lots of exciting products and an amazing story. And like the store, this apartment also has lots of personality and charm. Bed linen and towels are included.

Cozy small house situated in an enclosed garden in the town centre. Just few yards away from the main streets, and close to the nature and footpaths of the gentle mountainside surrounding this picturesque township. The apartment is old on the outside, but rebuilt internally (2014). Fits one person or a couple in a 200x140 cm double bed. Comfortable sofa and a 55 wall mounted TV with Chromecast. Water boiler, microwave, fully equipped kitchen.

Large warm plot of 2.5 acres with garden furniture. Ski in-ski out to the children's play in the city centre Good standard with pine flooring all rooms, both bathrooms tiled with slate shells on the floor. The building has a common fire system/alarm.

We are renting our apartment central in Røros. The apartment is rustic and charming and is located on the 1st floor and is one of two apartments in the house. It is about 2 min walk to Røros church, Kjerkgata and Malmplassen. Outside on the courtyard you can use the fireplace, outdoor table and benches. It is also relatively easy and short access to a couple of the hiking trails in the area.
