Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

This Beach front Villa is truly a Gem ! You will have the most lovely sunsets, wonderful views from every point at the house and the best: you’ll enjoy so much our little private beach which has a nice palapa to spend the day, do yoga or meditation or just sit down and watch the ocean waves close to you. Superb location, steps to San Pancho Beach & only 1-2 blocks from the very best restaurants in town, coffee shops, gift & grocery stores, the farmers market (Nov-April), public parks, tennis court, surf shops and tours of all kinds. Excellent yoga studios are 3 blocks away. We have it all, local bands that play in restaurants, street entertainment and the noise that comes with all that activity. Ysuri Hotel, down the street is constructing a condo, just giving you a heads up about that.

We’re on the FLAT part of Vallarta . NO HILLS. .3 & 1/2 blocks from beach . We are proud to be THE BEST VALUE in town for large groups. No cramming multiple beds in bedrooms . 1 KING bed per bedroom. Privacy /comfort is our goal. We have 3 sleeper sofas for kids on the 2nd floor living room & 1 king sleeper sofa suitable for adults on the 1st floor living room. The 1st floor ( 3 rooms ) HAS ITS OWN SEPARATE ,ON STREET., ENTRANCE FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE HOUSE. NO INTERIOR ACCESS

The condo and the house is relativity new (only 3 year old) and is located in the quieter North End Area of Sayulita Mexico, only one block from the beach and 10 minutes from town square. Maraica condo has a gorgeous pool, beautiful gardens and off-street parking.
