This 200 year old stone cottage is set in half acre of mature garden surrounded by trees. It is the perfect spot for a romantic get away or to just chill out and relax. It is ideally situated to tour all the amenities of the west of Ireland. An area of 80 Sq Mtrs comprises 2 double bedrooms a bathroom with shower toilet and wash basin upstairs. A sunny sitting room with TV and DVD player is also located upstairs. Downstairs there is an open plan dining and well equipped kitchen area complete with dish washer gas cooker with oven and fridge. With beautiful beaches just 40 minutes away and walking trails on the doorstep, this is the perfect bolt-hole to escape and re-charge. For something more lively Castlebar, with its shops, bars and restaurants, is a 15 minutes drive and all this just 30 minutes from Knock Airport. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello.

Adorable cabin in the countryside

Bluebird Cottage is A quiet little haven 8km from beautiful Westport town. Its Off the beaten track a little, if you like that sort of thing and the only sounds will be mother nature's animals and birds calling out to each other. It's only a 10min drive to Westport, 15 mins to Castlebar with an abundance of activates / shopping / dining and fun on the doorstep. Achill, Connemara and Galway are all within an hours drive, so we are very centrally located in the West.
