The Old Smithy is set is a secluded valley on the river Tavy. It is a mile from the nearest road, down a private track through beautiful moorland and woodland. It's an ideal base for walking, cycling wild swimming and getting away from it all, a true nature lovers paradise! We live in a house on the same site so will be on hand for any advice or assistance. We are on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and an hour's drive from numerous beaches. The thriving town of Tavsitock is 7 miles away.

Purpose built bungalow/annexe in the back garden that can be shared. Own entrance and patio outside with level access. Shared garden with a lock on the gate so safe for children. Newly built property that allows you to have privacy with all your home comforts provided. There is free shared parking at property and surrounding streets. We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.

Quiet, cosy, detached, large garden

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. Our recently refurbished bungalow is within 5 minutes walk of Whitchurch Down and the vast expanse of Dartmoor. We are a 20-minute walk into Tavistock or 5 minutes by bus/car. There's a dog shower so should your best friend get muddy whilst on the moor, it is easy to get them clean! There is fast broadband available and smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom. There is a local pub and village shop within 5 minutes walk.
