60 square meters apartment, very pleasant, recently renovated in a quiet residential area, on the second floor of a detached house. Located near the city center, 1 minutes from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist region to discover summer and winter. The accommodation : The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A table for meals. Two double bedrooms one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and linens are provided. Heating wood pellet stove. Balconies with mountain views. The neighborhood : quiet residential neighborhood, only passing by residents of the neighborhood. Great location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center,cinema, everything nearby without taking a car. Transportation : The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the bus station, 3 km from the train station of Mont Dolphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are at the skiers' layout. The area offers a wide range of leisure activities summer and winter. See you soon.

Cozy apartment ideally located for 2 people

Cozy, clean and healthy apartment of 38m2 located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby ( between 100 and 500 meters ) , the post office, bakeries, supermarket , bars/ tobacco etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul at 20 minutes (possible shuttles) + the Queyras/Ecrins at 30 minutes. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.

Our chalet is quietly located in a private garden. Its terrace of 30m2 will allow you to enjoy a panoramic view. Warm T2 apartment of 30 m2, sleeps 5 in recent 4-star residence, Les Balcons de Sirius with direct access to the slopes and indoor pool. The apartment is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed 140, a separate mountain area with bunk bed and sofa 1 bed. Free parking nearby. South west facing, 2 balconies on the ground floor/1st floor mountain view. My place is close to restaurants. No smoking indoor apartment with no pets.

Snow front: beautiful 25m² studio

Apartment of 25m² on the snow front, facing south, bright and refurbished located on the 1st floor of a residence. The residence has 3 exits, 2 on the snowmobile and 1 landside. A terrace with table and chairs for sunbathing. The living room is separated by a door of the bathroom, toilet, bunk beds. A closed ski room is located on level -2. Please read all the information carefully because I have anticipated a number of questions and this avoids surprises

T2, with pool, sauna and exceptional views!

Comfortable one bedroom apartment with pool and sauna (in operation during the opening period of Risoul 1850 station, from mid-December to mid-April and in July/August. No smoking in the apartment and our pets are not allowed in this property. This apartment is located on a high floor, which ensures you an exceptional view of the Queyras Mountains and the Parc des Ecrins .....and especially not overlooked. Apartment located at the foot of the slopes.

Charming 4 room duplex, large south-facing balcony.

This charming spacious and sunny duplex with views of the Ecrin mountains will allow you to spend a relaxing holiday with friends and family. Quiet while being close to the slopes and shops ( 50 m SNCF bus, 150 m SNCF shops, first departure slopes 200 m away and others from 400 m, ESF 500 m), it is very well equipped and has a very large south-facing balcony and a ski locker.
