Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is located in the attic of a quiet residential building in the immediate vicinity of the city. There is no elevator in the house. The Parish Church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck can be reached on foot in less than five minutes. The valley station of Kronplatz is a five-minute drive by car. A bus stop is very close. The property is suitable for sporty couples, families with children as well as for business travelers and solo travelers.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. Our house is the ideal starting point for walks in all directions.

Going directly from the house to nature for a walk, hike, Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you can reach Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is 1,75€/night/person and is required on arrival. From 1.01.2024 the local tax in Bruneck is €2.50 person/night/night.
