Carinissima casa di recente ristrutturazione , situata a Valderice, paese ai piedi di Erice,zona molto tranquilla e ben ventilata. L'appartamento é molto fresco in quanto le mura della zona sottostante sono fatte in pietra che tiene fresco in estate e da tepore in inverno, la cucina in muratura é ben attrezzata, due bagni uno per ogni camera.
