Large and airy apartment with lots of light and a beautiful view. Located less than 5 minutes from the Church of St. Francis of Assisi. The apto is located in São João del Rei. Not in Tiradentes. It's 15 to 20 min drive until then. There are 2 bedrooms, one suite. 1 double bed and another room with 1 double bed. . Great for those who travel in a group of 4 people and want to save without giving up comfort and convenience.

The location of our chalet is very good because while you are immersed in nature alongside several wells and natural pools ( less than 5 minutes' walk) , you are also very close to the centre of Carrancas ( approximately 10 minutes' drive away). Our chalet is all in rustic style made with old roof tiles, adobe bricks, and demolition materials.
