Very quiet luxury penthouse close to the village centre with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms of which 2 are en-suite. Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 persons, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Welcome to nature! Welcome to the Holzerhof! The cozy 2-room holiday apartment with about 50m2 is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. On both sides of the apartment you can go outside to the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. A cot can also be placed in the bedroom. The spacious kitchen/living room is fully equipped. The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and at night you can only hear the crickets circling.

We have a small but nice apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf newly renovated, and for you pretty and practical furnished. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The ski area St.Johann, Kitzbühel is easily accessible. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. There is also a car park and Wi-Fi. Ideal for 2 persons with 1 bedroom and for 4.pers. there is additionally a pull-out sofa in the kitchen/living room
