Located next to Sinsheim station, this large, newly renovated apartment with a living area of 75 square meters is located in the district town of Sinsheim in the middle of the Kraichgau. Ideal for commuters/train travellers, but also for motorists, as the apartment has its own parking space. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2018 and delighted by its bright and friendly decor, it is practical and cozy. The comfort you desire for a few days' holiday (or a business trip) awaits you. The apartment itself can be reached via about 70 stairs (is therefore not barrier-free), south-west slope with separate entrance. Recently there is also a fireplace. Welcome!
