The private cottage is all yours. You have direct private 24/7 access to the cottage through the driveway gate. The back yard garden, patio, fire pit and jacuzzi are shared. I enjoy meeting and talking to my guests, providing advice and recommendations (if requested) about local highlights and places to explore in the nearby nature (parks, hiking trails, great beach locations). Due to the great location close to downtown and Caltrain, you WILL hear trains passing through and some vehicle traffic from the main road nearby. A completely separate private guest suite in a beautiful house, furnished with love and all the amenities you'd need. Also, super walkable & safe location, fast wifi, comfy beds, friendly experienced hosts ready to help you with whatever you need. Look forward to soaking in the sun on the patio, and enjoying the park across the street.
