Gite in "Coin des Aiguilles"

The Gite at the "corner of the Aigilles" is adjoining our house which is located below the family resort of Réallon under the Aigilles de Chabrière. Both peaceful because away from the center and convenient by the access to the slopes which is a 5-minute walk and allows a ski-in/ski-out return. Warm cottage recently refreshed with rustic but friendly decor, it is oriented to sharing. 20 min from the Lac de Serre-Ponçon, it is ideal for a family stay or stopover or week off sports....

The cottage has an amazing view of the Lake of Serre-Ponçon and from all sides on the peaks. It is located facing south in a quiet environment. The bay window gives the impression of inhabiting the landscape. The interior design, a mixture of authenticity and contemporary, adopts the chalet style. The cottage is equipped with private parking and its terrace of about 40m². The cottage is located 3 minutes by car from the City Centre and the Water Plan.

Beautiful apartment with a great view

The resort of Réallon is located in the Hautes Alpes, 15 minutes from Chorges (Gare SNCF), Savines le Lac and Lac de Serre Ponçon. Between Gap and Embrun, you benefit from a mild climate in summer and snow in winter. Peaceful accommodation, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.Itis a family resort at 1600 m/2200 m altitude. We offer you, as an option, to put at your disposal sheets, towels for a price of 15 euros per bed ( kit sheets + towels)

2 room apartment of 35 m2 very bright, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. Terrace and garden of 30 m2 facing south with lake and mountain view. Possibility to park your car in the residence. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10 minute walk to Embrun water body, a 5 minute drive to downtown, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

Very nice 44 m2 triplex refurbished June 2021. View of the mountains in the small resort of Réallon at the foot of the slopes. Nearby lake of Serre Ponçon (20 min) in the Ecrin National Park. In a quiet residence 200 meters from the Réallon ski area and its ski lifts located at an altitude of 150 meters. The apartment is located at the start of hiking or snowshoeing trails, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding, mountain bike trails.

Charming independent studio and its grassed terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at an altitude of 1040 m in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard).
