A small kitchenette to prepare light meals and snacks, plus a small, private cottage garden to enjoy native birds and trees. Our home is in reach of some of NZs' most spectacular nature reserves. An Easy 35 minutes to Whakapapa ski field, Tongariro Crossing, plus river walks just ten minutes away. For guests and us, quiet time is 10pm we are not a party home

There is NO wifi Our cosy cottage has two bedrooms, large bathroom/laundry space and an open plan kitchen, dining, living area heated by a large heat pump. The mighty Tongariro River with its world famous trout fishing pools is at the end of the road, the Turangi township is a 5 min drive or a beautiful walk past the river and the Whakapapa ski field and Tongariro crossing are only 40mins away.
