This home is up river at mile marker 26 and has little boat traffic. Leave your boat on the dock or pull it into back out on the private boat ramp. Enjoy the flat back yard for room for all the lake games and toys or the amazing view of the back yard and water from the private back deck or relax in the Hot Tub on the patio after the sun goes down.

NEW to the rental market! Take a break and unwind at this peaceful lake front property! Drogheda is a BEAUTIFUL lot that sits on a point on Lake Wedowee. It's 1 acre of gorgeous land that is FLAT! There is No walking up and down steep stairs to get to the water! There is a wraparound porch where water can be seen in every direction. There is a new deck off of the back porch which is a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a nice, peaceful evening at night.
