'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. Delightful 2 bedroom terrace house with small yard

Bright and cheerful this centrally-located terraced house is only 5 minutes walk from the city centre on a quiet residential street adjacent to our own home.The house is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and living space on the ground floor while upstairs is a lovely, spacious bathroom and two double bedrooms. Up to two dogs are welcome with the canal tow path 3 minutes away on foot for walkies. To the rear is a small fenced yard with seating. This home is not suitable for parties.
