I'll explain you the rules of the game, I'll give you a map with places that you need to visit as well as riddles to solve for each one. You'll need to keep both your legs and head active to solve them in 1 hour and 45 min, but the reward will be worth the effort. Not to mention that, in the research, you will have the opportunity to discover what are, in my opinion, the true gems of the city. After our welcome we’ll offer you a no alcoholic drink with fresh fruit if you prefer and you will also enjoy our pool waiting for the beginning. As soon as we’ll be ready, we’ll begin with our traditional cooking lesson where our mothers and grandmothers will show you all the techniques for making Focaccia, handmade pasta and cheese. They will teach you all the techniques of the past and you will have to prepare everything with them. When every dishes will be ready, the focaccia will be baked in the wood-fired oven and you will have dinner with the products of yourselves made (Focacce, Orecchiette and Formaggio) and also other traditional dishes we will prepare for you. Obviously water, beer and wine are included. A fantastic and unforgettable boat trip to discover the breathtaking sea caves and the famous cliff of Polignano a Mare, visiting the whole coastline from North-West to South-East, enjoying especially the view of the sea cave with a restaurant inside "Grotta Palazzese", the islet "Scoglio dell'Eremita" and the beautiful sea cave "Grotta Stampagnata". A unique informal experience taking about 1 hour, with an experienced driver-guide, who will reveal some secrets and legends hidden behind such unique natural beauties. I will be your guide for the tracks and trails of the Valle d'Itria, along sections of the Aqueduct Cycle Route we will visit the places where I grew up including Cisternino and Locorotondo rewarded as the most beautiful villages in Italy and then return to Martina Franca beautiful baroque city. The roads we will follow will be all paths traced and secured, but hidden in the beautiful countryside. I will show you how easy it will be to face the different "climbs" of Valle d'Itria with a pedal assisted bike even for those who are not sporty and trained. We will go to the farm and taste some Apulian specialties with a nice glass of wine, all of local production and those who want, can also buy products. The cooking class will take place all year round at my family trullo. Here you will take the course either inside an equipped kitchen or outside, under a comfortable wooden patio and you can eat here or in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree. The course will be structured as follows: Welcoming the participants and detailed presentation of the host and the experience; Introduction to the history and gastronomic culture of Puglia; Practical phase which includes three preparations: Preparation of tarallini with wild fennel; Preparation of a typical sweet made with local jams; Preparation of orecchiette with the use of local semolina. Along countryside streets, among Trulli, Masserie and dry-stone walls, I will show you the places I love and live in my everyday life, cycling together for 20 km (about 12 miles). We’ll leave from Alberobello, capital of Trulli, heading to Locorotondo, one of the most stunning villages in Valle d’Itria. Here, we’ll get in touch with local people and discover a traditional deli. It would be the opportunity to taste the typical Apulian focaccia, just baked by Giovanni, all accompanied by a glass of good wine or another drink. Then, before coming back to Alberobello, we’ll stop at Maria's bakery to eat some local almond sweets. It won’t be a simple tour, not even an e-bike tour but a little adventure: local life experience, far away from crowed places. Transfer service on request.

We will spend a whole day aboard our Gozzo Sorrentino to discover the Tarantina Coast, departure at 10.00 and we will visit various points of Mar Piccolo and Mar Grande, making various stops to dive into the water and relax, the excursion will last 8 hours with up to 10 people to accommodate on board. We will start from the sant'eligio pier located in the old city of Taranto, we will pass by the swing bridge and the Aragonese castle for ritual photos, entrance to the small sea up to the stone bridge, and after we will go out towards the great sea towards San Vito to make the first swim stop , after some time spent we will reach the cheradi islands composed of the island of san paolo and the island of san pietro are small islets where it is possible to anchor around to take a bath in total relaxation and safety, if the weather conditions allow it we will try to reach the south east side of the Taranto coast which includes the coast road where there are various coves where it is possible to stop and take other dives in a clear and transparent sea all in total safety and assistance by the crew, return at 16.00.
